The goal of the Rockmart Cultural Arts Center is to further opportunities in the appreciation, participation, presentation and performance of the various arts, to promote understanding and education in the arts, and to provide service and support to the community.
The community often participates in projects sponsored by the Rockmart Cultural Arts Center such as the 125th Anniversary Mural .
Funding for Rockmart Cultural Arts Center is provided in part by the City of Rockmart as the Art Department, patrons, and corporate sponsors.
Rockmart Cultural Arts Center
This facility houses the Art Gallery, Rockmart Community Chorus, Pottery Studio, various Art Classes, and office of the Art Coordinator.
Rockmart Community Chorus
Rockmart Community Chorus performs several times during the year in addition to the two concerts presented at The Arts Center Theatre each year - one in the spring and the other for Christmas. Members are volunteers from within the community. They rehearse each Tuesday at 7 PM in the upper level of the Cultural Arts Center.

RCAC Art Gallery features exhibits that are rotated on a regular basis by the Visual Arts Committee to feature local artists and works from outside sources.

Summer is dedicated to our youth. Youth activities include Summer Youth/Teen Art Camps and the Annual Youth Art Exhibit, "S.O.A.R. - Summer of Art in Rockmart". All art created by artists under age 18 are invited and encouraged to participate in this annual event.
The Arts Center Theatre
Theatre performances include Community and Children's Theatre productions along with Rockmart High School Thespians and their productions. Summer Theatre Camp and Outside shows are also held here. Theatre Questions
RCAC Rockmart Writers' Round
Local and Area singers, songwriters, and musicians are encouraged to join this fun new Literary Arts Group of songwriters and performers to put together great shows in one of the best sounding rooms in North Georgia. RCAC Photo Stop-In
RCAC Photography Instructor Carla Redding of C. Redding Photography offers a free focus group called “Photo Stop-In” at RCAC on designated Thursdays
from 6 – 7 PM. Drop by and discuss photography. The discussions will be open topic, but all participants will be able to share photography information. Want to talk about your equipment?
